Terms of Service

Certain features may require payment. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law. Activbot may change fees with 30 days’ notice.

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Activbot a license to use that data to provide and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services (excluding your content) are owned by Activbot or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software or materials.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ACTIVBOT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ACTIVBOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or inactivity. You may close your account at any time by emailing support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
