Activbot Inc. provides AI-powered SaaS or AaaS products including Scrumman, GnoAll, Meetings AI, Task & Time Planner, and OKR Alignment. We act as the data controller for user information under applicable data protection laws.

Account Information: Name, email, company, billing details provided during signup.
Usage Data: Product interactions, logs, feature usage, and performance metrics.
Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser, and cookies to ensure security and improve user experience.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Activbot’s website and SaaS/AaaS products (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Use of Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Activbot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
4. Fees & Payment
Certain features may require payment. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law. Activbot may change fees with 30 days’ notice.
5. User Content & Privacy
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Activbot a license to use that data to provide and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services (excluding your content) are owned by Activbot or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software or materials.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ACTIVBOT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ACTIVBOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or inactivity. You may close your account at any time by emailing support.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
